Act. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Act” means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Act. The Telecommunications Act of 1996, Public Law 104-104 of the 104th United States Congress effective February 8, 1996.
Act. 21.1 A person who is not a party to the Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its provisions which, expressly or by implication, confer a benefit on him, without the prior written agreement of the Parties, provided that this Clause 21.1 does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.
