Transactional Agreements means:
Diversion agreement means a formal written agreement between a licensee, the Division, and a diversion committee, outlining the terms and conditions with which a licensee must comply as a condition of entering in and remaining under the diversion program authorized in Section 58-1-404.

Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.
Transaction Document means, collectively, this Agreement and each other agreement or document referred to in this Agreement or to be executed in connection with any of the Transactions.
Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.
