Engineer shall. 1. Resident Project Representative (RPR): Provide the services of an RPR at the Site to assist the Engineer and to provide more extensive observation of Contractor’s work. Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth in Exhibit D. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend, or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth in Exhibit D. Reverse Engineering Except and to the limited extent as may be otherwise specifically provided by applicable law in the European Union, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying ideas, underlying user interface techniques or algorithms of the Software by any means whatsoever, directly or indirectly, or disclose any of the foregoing, except to the extent you may be expressly permitted to decompile under applicable law in the European Union, if it is essential to do so in order to achieve operability of the Software with another software program, and you have first requested Altova to provide the information necessary to achieve such operability and Altova has not made such information available. Altova has the right to impose reasonable conditions and to request a reasonable fee before providing such information. Any information supplied by Altova or obtained by you, as permitted hereunder, may only be used by you for the purpose described herein and may not be disclosed to any third party or used to create any software which is substantially similar to the expression of the Software. Requests for information from users in the European Union with respect to the above should be directed to the Altova Customer Support Department.
Architect Engineer shall provide assistance to Owner through the commissioning consultant/agent for the purpose of advising and counseling Owner’s personnel in the usage, operation and maintenance of the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.
Construction Manager The Inspector shall also work with the construction manager if the District uses a construction manager on any portion of the Project. If the District does not use a construction manager on the Project, then all references to a construction manager herein shall mean the District.
Contract Audits Contractor agrees that the CSU or its delegate will have the right to obtain, review, and copy all records pertaining to performance of the contract, including but not limited to reports of payments made to subcontractors during the term of a contract. Contractor agrees to provide the CSU or its delegate with any relevant information requested and shall permit the CSU or its delegate access to its premises, upon reasonable notice, during normal business hours for the purpose of interviewing employees and inspecting and copying such books, records, accounts, and other material that may be relevant to a matter under investigation for the purpose of determining compliance with this requirement. No Reverse Engineering You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License or by the Usage Rules if they are applicable to you), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Apple Software or any services provided by the Apple Software, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of open-sourced components included with the Apple Software).

Engineering Reports (a) Not less than (i) 30 days prior to the first Scheduled Redetermination Date to occur on April 1, 2000, and (ii) 45 days prior to each Scheduled Redetermination Date thereafter, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and the Lenders a Reserve Report.
