General public. The focus of EAGLE dissemination is to increase awareness among epigraphy stakeholders, but also within the wider public. This community is represented by tourists, students and enthusiasts of classical culture who may be interested in widening their knowledge of the large amount of high-value visual and textual records that EAGLE will feature.

Social Sites Users General public interested in audiovisual sources for re-use and for sharing with communities. This user group may include: ● General public, interested in access on audiovisual and information sharing. They are looking for thematic search motivated by external information and open to related suggestions. ● Cultural sector (Archives, Libraries, Museums), interested in sharing and promoting information. They are looking for thematic search about other institutions presentations and collections and sharing their own work. ● Amateur historians, interested in access on audiovisual sources. They are looking for thematic search on specific social sites, downloading documents to their personal collection and sharing information with other users, namely blogs and social networks. The preferential channel for HOPE, targeting social sites users are social sites, such as Flickr, YouTube, Scribd.

Several measures will be implemented to maximize dissemination and exploitation: • A SiUCs brand will be established with materials for project promotion among the target audiences (handouts, posters, etc.). • Protect the Intellectual Property (IP) that may be generated within the project. • Draft a Consortium Agreement at the beginning of the project with details concerning access rights for exploitation to background and results, including possible patentability studies of the project outcomes. • Identification of peer-reviewed journals to which papers can be submitted following Open Access policy. We will always choose gold open access, if available; otherwise (or simultaneously) we will default to a green option, using each partner’s own open repository, OpenAire’s Zenodo and the community’s arXiv.org. • Data Management Plan (DMP): this plan will describe the lifecycle for all data sets collected, processed and generated by SiUCs. The DMP will evolve along the project, outlining how data will be handled during and after the project, and what data will be collected and following what methodology and what standards, and whether it will be made open and how it will be preserved. The DMP will be part of T1.1.

ADVERTISING OR PUBLICITY CONTRACTOR shall not use the name of County, its officers, directors, employees or agents, in advertising or publicity releases or otherwise without securing the prior written consent of COUNTY in each instance.
Competitors (i) No assignment or participation shall be made to any Person that was a Competitor as of the date (the “Trade Date”) on which the assigning Lender entered into a binding agreement to sell and assign or grant a participation in all or a portion of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to such Person (unless the Borrower has consented to such assignment or participation in writing in its sole and absolute discretion, in which case such Person will not be considered a Competitor for the purpose of such assignment or participation). For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to any assignee or Participant that becomes a Competitor after the applicable Trade Date (including as a result of the delivery of a notice pursuant to, and/or the expiration of the notice period referred to in, the definition of “Competitor”), (x) such assignee or Participant shall not retroactively be disqualified from becoming a Lender or Participant and (y) the execution by the Borrower of an Assignment and Assumption with respect to such assignee will not by itself result in such assignee no longer being considered a Competitor. Any assignment or participation in violation of this clause (e)(i) shall not be void, but the other provisions of this clause (e) shall apply.
Publication Advertisement Each Lender and each Credit Party hereby authorizes the Arranger to publish the name of such Lender and Credit Party, the existence of the financing arrangements referenced under this Agreement, the primary purpose and/or structure of those arrangements, the amount of credit extended under each facility, the title and role of each party to this Agreement, and the total amount of the financing evidenced hereby in any “tombstone”, comparable advertisement or press release which the Arranger elects to submit for publication. In addition, each Lender and each Credit Party agrees that the Arranger may provide lending industry trade organizations with information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements after the Closing Date. With respect to any of the foregoing, the Arranger shall provide the Borrower with an opportunity to review and confer with the Arranger regarding the contents of any such tombstone, advertisement or information, as applicable, prior to its submission for publication and, following such review period, the Arranger may, from time to time, publish such information in any media form desired by the Arranger, until such time that the Borrower shall have requested the Arranger cease any such further publication.
Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.
Disseminate The term “Disseminate,” when referring to a notice or other information to be sent by the Depositary to Owners, shall mean (i) sending that information to Owners in paper form by mail or another means or (ii) with the consent of Owners, another procedure that has the effect of making the information available to Owners, which may include (A) sending the information by electronic mail or electronic messaging or (B) sending in paper form or by electronic mail or messaging a statement that the information is available and may be accessed by the Owner on an Internet website and that it will be sent in paper form upon request by the Owner, when that information is so available and is sent in paper form as promptly as practicable upon request.
Company Information I agree at all times during the term of my employment and thereafter, to hold in strictest confidence, and not to use, except for the benefit of the Company, or to disclose to any person, firm or corporation without written authorization of the Board of Directors of the Company, any Confidential Information of the Company, except under a non-disclosure agreement duly authorized and executed by the Company. I understand that “Confidential Information” means any non-public information that relates to the actual or anticipated business or research and development of the Company, technical data, trade secrets or know-how, including, but not limited to, research, product plans or other information regarding Company’s products or services and markets therefor, customer lists and customers (including, but not limited to, customers of the Company on whom I called or with whom I became acquainted during the term of my employment), software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technology, designs, drawings, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, finances or other business information. I further understand that Confidential Information does not include any of the foregoing items which have become publicly known and made generally available through no wrongful act of mine or of others who were under confidentiality obligations as to the item or items involved or improvements or new versions thereof.
No Publicity A party to this Agreement shall not use the name or marks of, refer to, or identify the other party (or any related entity) in any publicity releases, interviews, promotional or marketing materials, public announcements, testimonials or advertising without the prior written approval of authorized representatives of the other party (which approval a party may withhold in its sole discretion), except no such written approval is required to the extent any such disclosure is required by law. BNY Mellon may identify the Fund(s) as a client in client lists, provided that the Fund(s) name is no more prominent than any other client on such list(s). A party may withdraw such consent at any time.
No Advertisements It is not subscribing for the Units as a result of or subsequent to any advertisement, article, notice or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine, or similar media or broadcast over television or radio, or presented at any seminar or meeting.
