Grant of Access. Each Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide the Zone File FTP (or other Registry supported) service for an ICANN-­‐specified and managed URL (specifically, <TLD>.zda.icann.org where <TLD> is the TLD for which the registry is responsible) for the user to access the Registry’s zone data archives. Registry Operator will grant the user a non-­‐exclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access Registry Operator’s (optionally CZDA Provider's) Zone File hosting server, and to transfer a copy of the top-­‐level domain zone files, and any associated cryptographic checksum files no more than once per 24 hour period using FTP, or other data transport and access protocols that may be prescribed by ICANN. For every zone file access server, the zone files are in the top-­‐level directory called <zone>.zone.gz, with <zone>.zone.gz.md5 and <zone>.zone.gz.sig to verify downloads. If the Registry Operator (or the CZDA Provider) also provides historical data, it will use the naming pattern <zone>-­‐yyyymmdd.zone.gz, etc.
Grant of Access. VNDS grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access an Internet host server or servers designated by VNDS from time to time, and to transfer a copy of the Data to the Internet host machine identified in Section 2 of this Agreement no more than once per 24 hour period without the express prior written consent of VNDS using FTP or HTTP for the purposes described in this Section 4. Grant of Access. Subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Application, and the Rules and Compliance Guidelines, MLSOK hereby grants to Participant during the Term a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to Access the MLSOK System, the MLSOK Services and the MLS Content for the purpose of adding, editing, reviewing, researching and retrieving the MLS Content and using the MLSOK System and the MLSOK Services to conduct the Participant’s real estate business.

Grant of Access. The City grants to the County, for the purpose of performing its obligations under this Agreement, permission and right-of-entry on, over, under, above and through those City rights-of-way and WSDOT rights-of-way that the City is responsible for maintaining that are necessary or convenient, in the reasonable judgment of the County engineer, for the County to access in performing the Services.
Grant of Access. Insofar as Seller’s lease or leases permits and insofar as Seller may have any rights however derived (whether pursuant to governmental agency order, regulation, statute, or otherwise), Seller grants to Buyer and Buyer’s gas gathering contractor, if any, and their assignees the right of free entry and the right to lay and maintain pipelines and any equipment on the lands or leases subject to this Contract as reasonably necessary in connection with the purchase and handling of Seller’s gas. All pipelines and other equipment placed by Buyer or Buyer’s contractor on said lands and leases shall romain the property of the owner and may be removed by the owner at any time.
Grant of Access. The Museum shall grant Producer nonexclusive access to the Museum’s premises located at 99 Gansevoort Street (and such other applicable Museum premises, if any) (the “Filming Location”) on as described above for the purposes of filming the Project (the “Shoot”), and authorizes Producer and its agents to make audio and video recordings of the Filming Location on film, tape, or in any other media (the “Recordings”). While at the Filming Location, Producer and its agents shall at all times promptly and fully comply with all instructions given by the Museum’s staff, shall depart from the Filming Location promptly at the times set in this Agreement. Producer agrees to leave the Filming Location in as good order and condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted. Following the Shoot, Producer shall vacate the Premises and shall remove all equipment, sets and other materials that Producer placed thereon. Producer’s film crew must at all times be accompanied by a member of the Museum’s staff and shall not enter any areas of the Filming Location except when so accompanied.
Grant of Access. During the term of this Agreement or such other term as determined solely by HPE, HPE agrees to grant User access to certain CoE System(s) located at HPE facilities subject to the terms of this Agreement. User acknowledges that circumstances may, at times; limit the availability of the CoE System(s), and therefore such access shall be subject to the availability of resources, determined by HPE at its sole discretion.
Grant of Access. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Supplier hereby grants to Customer during the Term the non-exclusive, non-assignable, royalty-free, limited right to use the SaaS solely for Customer’s internal business operations. Customer shall be responsible for Userscompliance with this Agreement. The SaaS is provided as described in, and subject to, the Signature Page, these Terms and the Documentation. Customer acknowledges that Customer will not receive any copy of the Software as part of the SaaS. Customer shall not acquire under this Agreement any license to use the SaaS after the Term or in excess of the scope specified in the Signature Page. Customer’s access to, and use of, the Software and the SaaS may be suspended or terminated as provided herein.
