Intentional Acts. We do not cover bodily injury, property damage or personal injury which arises out of an intentional act by or at the direction of any insured. This includes any intentional act or intentional failure to act by any insured, where resulting injury or damage would be an objectively probable consequence, even if not subjectively intended or expected by any insured. This exclusion applies whether or not:
Intentional Acts i) Bodily injury or death benefits which are required to be or are covered by any State or Federal Act or Statute or any other compensatory statute.
Intentional Acts. Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold each of the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all suits, losses, costs, claims, damages demands, penalties, fines, settlements, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs and litigation expenses) claimed or incurred by reason of any bodily injury, death and/or property damage arising from any intentional act of Contractor or any of its officers, contractors, subcontractors, agents, representatives or employees.

Intentional Acts. You will understand that You are expected to take all Reasonable Precautions when using, carrying or storing Your Air Conditioner. This Service Contract does not cover an Event occurring as a result of Intentional act or wilful neglect or Intentional or reckless overloading of, or the imposition of any abnormal conditions on, the Air Conditioner.
Intentional Acts. The employee is responsible to reimburse the agency for any costs or expenses due to intentional injury to person or property performed with or to the vehicle while the vehicle is in the care of the employee.
Intentional Acts. If CARRIER is able to deliver, but refuses to deliver a shipment by the suggested delivery date, CARRIER agrees to pay the shipper, through the BROKER, a minimum penalty of $50 for every hour after the suggested delivery date that the CARRIER refuses to deliver the shipment.
