Lender may furnish information regarding Borrower, Key Principal, or Guarantor, or the Mortgaged Property to third parties with an existing or prospective interest in the servicing, enforcement, evaluation, performance, purchase, or securitization of the Mortgage Loan, including trustees, master servicers, special servicers, rating agencies, and organizations maintaining databases on the underwriting and performance of multifamily mortgage loans. Borrower irrevocably waives any and all rights it may have under applicable law to prohibit such disclosure, including any right of privacy. Waiver; Conflict. No specific waiver of any of the terms of this Loan Agreement shall be considered as a general waiver. If any provision of this Loan Agreement is in conflict with any provision of any other Loan Document, the provision contained in this Loan Agreement shall control.
