Loss. A Loss (also referred to as dilution) results when a fund or, in the case of a multi-class fund, a class either (1) has paid excess redemption proceeds as a result of an overstated NAV or (2) has received insufficient subscription monies as a result of an understated NAV (in either case, transacting shareholders benefit from transacting at the misstated NAV, to the detriment of the fund or class).
Loss. Loss of the Partnership for each fiscal year of the Partnership shall be allocated to the Partners in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests.
Loss. After giving effect to the special allocations in Sections 5.1(c), 5.1(d) and 5.1(e), Loss of the Partnership for each Partnership Year or other applicable period of the Partnership shall be allocated to the Partners in the following order and priority:
Loss. After giving effect to the special allocations set forth in Section 5.01(c), (d), and (e) hereof, and subject to Section 5.01(f), Loss of the Partnership for each fiscal year of the Partnership shall be allocated to the Partners in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests.

Unless otherwise required by law, we’re not liable to any resident, guest, or occupant for personal injury or dam- age, loss of personal property, or loss of business or person- al income, from any cause, including fire, smoke, rain, flood, water leaks, hail, ice, snow, lightning, wind, explosions, in- terruption of utilities, pipe leaks, theft, vandalism, and neg- ligent or intentional acts of residents, occupants, or guests. We have no duty to remove any ice, sleet, or snow but may remove any amount with or without notice. Unless we in- struct otherwise, during freezing weather you must for 24 hours a day: (A) keep the apartment heated to at least 50° Fahrenheit, (B) keep cabinet and closet doors open, and
Loss. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of reasonably satisfactory indemnification or bond, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and date.
Loss. This term means an incurred loss under a Covered Policy from a Covered Event, including Additional Living Expenses not to exceed 40 percent of the insured value of a Residential Structure or its contents and amounts paid as fees on behalf of or inuring to the benefit of a policyholder. The term Loss does not include allocated or unallocated loss adjustment expenses or any item for which this Contract does not provide reimbursement pursuant to the exclusions in Article VI.
Loss. After giving effect to the special allocations set forth in Sections 7.03 and 7.04, Loss for any Fiscal Year shall be allocated as follows:
Loss. Loss of the Operating Partnership for each fiscal year shall be allocated to the OP Unitholders, pro rata in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests.
