Maximum Salary. Rates indicated as “1 Year”,” etc. shall be effective on the January 1 or July 1 following the appropriate anniversary of employment. *** For Campus Security Officers and Campus Peace Officers assigned to Level II, the salary rate would depend on their service. If he or she was at the 1 or 2 year rate in Level I and has not yet reached the January 1 or July 1 following their third anniversary (3 year rate), he or she is to be paid the Level II entry rate. A Campus Security Officer or Campus Peace Officer advanced to Level II cannot earn less than he or she would have earned if he or she stayed in Level I. Maximum Salary. In any given calendar year, the Employee's total compensation under this section 3 shall not exceed 300% of that year's base salary.
Maximum Salary. All employees will receive a regular annual increase as outlined in the Agreement up to a maximum rate of $84, 500.00. Any employee that reaches the capped rate will no longer receive the 3.25% annual increase, but will instead receive an annual 2% increase to account for COLA. Maximum Salary. An administrator’s salary in any year of this Agreement shall be not exceed the maximum salary specified above for his/her title. However, the parties agree that, for the term of the 2006-2009 Agreement, those unit members whose agreed-upon salaries (see 3. below) exceed the maximum for a year shall be “grandfathered” for that year and they shall not be subject to the maximum.

Related to Maximum Salary

Base Salary During the Employment Period, the Executive shall receive an annual base salary ("Annual Base Salary"), which shall be paid at a monthly rate, at least equal to twelve times the highest monthly base salary paid or payable, including any base salary which has been earned but deferred, to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies in respect of the twelve-month period immediately preceding the month in which the Effective Date occurs. During the Employment Period, the Annual Base Salary shall be reviewed no more than 12 months after the last salary increase awarded to the Executive prior to the Effective Date and thereafter at least annually. Any increase in Annual Base Salary shall not serve to limit or reduce any other obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. Annual Base Salary shall not be reduced after any such increase and the term Annual Base Salary as utilized in this Agreement shall refer to Annual Base Salary as so increased. As used in this Agreement, the term "affiliated companies" shall include any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.
Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.
Annual Salary The Company shall pay to the Executive an annual salary at a rate of not less than Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000) per year (the “Annual Salary”), subject to increase at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Board of Directors” or the “Board”). The Annual Salary shall be payable in accordance with the payroll policies of the Company as from time to time in effect, but in no event less frequently than twice each month, less such deductions as shall be required to be withheld by applicable law and regulations and less any Executive voluntary deductions.
Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives. In addition to such base salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Term or Renewal Period to a performance bonus set forth on Exhibit A and to participate in and receive payments from, at the Company's election, other bonus and other incentive compensation plans, if any, as may be adopted by the Company.
Basic Salary The Company shall pay Employee, as compensation for all of the services to be rendered hereunder by him during the Term, a salary of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) per year (the "Basic Salary"), payable in accordance with the regular payroll practices of the Company for executives, less such deductions oi- amounts as are required to be deducted or withheld by applicable laws or regulations and less such other deductions or amounts, if any, as are authorized by Employee. Such Basic Salary may be increased, but not decreased, from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
Salary In consideration of the services to be rendered under this Agreement, during the Period of Employment, the Company shall pay Executive a salary, commencing on October 1, 2012, at the minimum rate of forty-eight thousand Dollars ($48,000) per year ("Base Salary"). Executive's Base Salary will be reviewed and increased by the Board (or a committee or designee thereof) on an annual basis from the 1st anniversary of the Commencement Date (or more frequently, should the Board decide to do so), in accordance with the established procedures of the Company, as in effect from time to time, for adjusting salaries for similarly situated employees (such initial annual base salary and the annual base salary as determined and adjusted from time to time by the Board are referred to herein as, the "Base Salary") and, in the sole discretion of the Board (or such committee or designee thereof), such annual Base Salary may be increased, but not decreased, effective as of any date determined by the Board. The Base Salary shall be payable by the Company in regular installments in accordance with the Company's general payroll practices, but in any event no less frequently than monthly. During the period beginning on the Commencement Date and ending September 13, 2017, the Base Salary shall be pro-rated on an annualized basis. For purposes of this Agreement, the Base Salary shall not include any other type of compensation or benefit paid or payable to the Executive. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any decrease in Executive's then Base Salary shall be deemed Good Reason.
Annual Base Salary During the Term, Executive shall receive a base salary at a rate of $500,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company and shall be pro-rated for partial years of employment. Such annual base salary shall be reviewed (and may be adjusted) from time to time by the Board (such annual base salary, as it may be adjusted from time to time, the “Annual Base Salary”).
Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary
Maximum Compensation There is a maximum compensation for this Agreement and a separate maximum compensation for each Approved Service Order.
Salary and Bonus ii. Awards of stock, stock options, and stock appreciation rights. Use the dollar amount recognized for financial statement reporting purposes with respect to the fiscal year in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004) (FAS 123R), Shared Based Payments.
