Medically Necessary Treatment means any treatment, tests, medication, or stay in hospital or part of a stay in hospital which:
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
Pretreatment means the reduction of the amount of pollutants, the elimination of pollutants, or the alteration of the nature of pollutant properties in wastewater prior to, or in lieu of, introducing such pollutants into the POTW. This reduction or alteration can be obtained by physical, chemical, or biological processes; by process changes; or by other means, except by diluting the concentration of the pollutants unless allowed by an applicable pretreatment standard.

Necessary means the applicant must show that, but for the accommodation, one or more persons with a disability likely will be denied an equal opportunity to enjoy housing of their choice.
Smooth means a food-contact surface that is free of pits and inclusions with a cleanability equal to or exceeding that of (100 grit) number 3 stainless steel; a nonfood-contact surface of equipment equal to that of commercial grade hot- rolled steel free of visible scale; and a floor, wall or ceiling having an even or level surface with no roughness or projections that render it difficult to clean.
Medically Necessary means those Health Care Services which, in the opinion of Covered Person's healthcare provider whose opinions are subject to the review, approval or disapproval, and actions of the Medical Director or the Quality Assurance Committee in their appointed duties, are:

A physically separate and separately operated portion of a state hospital may be designated as an evaluation and treatment facility. A facility which is part of, or operated by, the department or any federal agency will not require certification. No correctional institution or facility, or jail, shall be an evaluation and treatment facility within the meaning of this chapter;
Satisfactory academic progress means the minimum academic standard for academic progress established by the public institution for the purpose of complying with Title IV regulations for Federal Student Aid Programs.
Needed means: For the implementation of the Project: Access Rights are Needed if, without the grant of such Access Rights, carrying out the tasks assigned to the recipient Party would be impossible, significantly delayed, or require significant additional financial or human resources. For Use of own Foreground: Access Rights are Needed if, without the grant of such Access Rights, the Use of own Foreground would be technically or legally impossible.
Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".
Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

Assistance means any form of assistance, including advice, training, technical assistance, financing and financial assistance, investment services, brokering services or other services, including the provision of armed mercenary personnel, and the transfer of financial resources and services;

Wastewater treatment facility means a treatment works, as defined in section 212 of the clean water act, that is located in this state and that is designed to hold, cleanse or purify or to prevent the discharge of untreated or inadequately treated sewage or other polluted waters for purposes of complying with the clean water act.
Chiropractic means a drugless system of health care based on the principle that interference with the transmission of nerve impulses may cause disease.
Breakpoint chlorination means the addition of a sufficient amount of chlorine to water to destroy the combined chlorine present.
Medically Necessary Leave of Absence means a Leave of Absence by a full-time student Dependent at a postsecondary educational institution that:
Cooperating country means the country in which the employing USAID Mission is located.
Neurophysiological Treatment means interventions that focus on the functions of the nervous system.
