NORMAL SERVICE. NORMAL SERVICE is energy consumed during Working Hours as defined in Article 6 whose power demands do not exceed 4 watts per rentable square foot of the Demised Premises, or part thereof, per Working Hour. Of this amount, two watts are allocated to Landlord supplied lighting. Two watts are allocated for Tenant's usual office equipment ("TENANT'S ALLOWABLE USE").
NORMAL SERVICE. Employees may retire with normal service of twenty-five (25) years, regardless of age.
NORMAL SERVICE. NORMAL SERVICE is energy consumed during WORKING HOURS as defined in Paragraph 44 whose power demands for electricity based upon connected load do not exceed 4 watts per rentable square foot of the Demised Premises during WORKING HOURS ("TENANT'S ALLOWABLE USE"). Of this amount, two watts are allocated to Landlord supplied lighting and two watts are allocated for Tenant's usual office equipment. If Landlord shall, in its sole discretion, allow Tenant to change the WORKING HOURS, then, the charge for such change shall be $100.00 per zone.
NORMAL SERVICE. NORMAL SERVICE is electricity consumed during the Working Hours of any month (230), providing that the maximum load does not exceed three (3) watts per rentable square foot multiplied by the rentable square feet of the demised premises.


Universal Service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations that it wishes to maintain. 2. Each Party shall administer any universal service obligation that it maintains in a transparent, non-discriminatory, and competitively neutral manner and shall ensure that its universal service obligation is not more burdensome than necessary for the kind of universal service that it has defined.
Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 watts per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.
Janitorial Service ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for the general upkeep of the Collocation Space. ALEC Inc., shall arrange directly with a BellSouth Certified Contractor for janitorial services applicable to Caged Collocation Space. BellSouth shall provide a list of such contractors on a site-specific basis upon request.
Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.
In-Service When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.
TRIAL SERVICE Section 1. Each employee appointed to a position in the bargaining unit by initial appointment or promotion shall, with each appointment, serve a trial service period.
Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.
Basic Service Electric supply service by the LDC as defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time.
Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 10.7.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.
Optional Service EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP. SAP shall provide the Cloud Service eligible for EU Access solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not expressly specified and agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply.
