Office Facilities. During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.
Office Facilities. In the event the Executive shall make the election provided in clause (B) of Section 4.2, then for the period beginning on the day the Executive makes such election and ending one year thereafter, the Company shall, without charge to the Executive, make available to the Executive office space at the Executive's principal job location immediately prior to his termination of employment, or other location reasonably close to such location, together with secretarial services, office facilities, services and furnishings, in each case reasonably appropriate to an employee of the Executive's position and responsibilities prior to such termination of employment but taking into account the Executive's reduced need for such office space, secretarial services and office facilities, services and furnishings as a result of the Executive no longer being a full-time employee.
Office Facilities. In the event of a termination without cause, then for the period beginning on the effective date of such termination and ending on the earlier of (a) six months thereafter or (b) the date you commence other full-time employment, the Company shall, without charge to you, make available to you office space at or near your principal job location immediately prior to such termination, together with secretarial services, office facilities, services and furnishings, in each case reasonably appropriate to an employee of your position and responsibilities prior to such termination but taking into account your reduced need for such office space, secretarial services and office facilities, services and furnishings as a result of you no longer being a full-time employee.
Office Facilities. During the period of employment, Executive shall have his office where the Corporation’s principal executive offices are located from time to time, which currently are at 3900 West Innovation Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and the Corporation shall furnish Executive with office facilities reasonably suitable to his position at such location.
Office Facilities. Buyer shall furnish the FSR, at no charge to BRAD, suitable and private office facilities and related equipment including desk, file cabinet, access to two telephone lines, facsimile and photocopy equipment conveniently located at Buyer's main base of operation or other location as may be mutually agreed.
Office Facilities. Executive will be provided with such office facilities and clerical assistance as Executive may reasonably require for the performance of his duties hereunder.
