Other Employees. Except as may be required in the performance of Employee’s duties hereunder, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person now or hereafter employed by the Company or any of its affiliates to terminate such employment. This obligation shall remain in effect while Employee is employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter.
Other Employees. Employee agrees that during the Non-Competition Period he shall not, directly or indirectly, for his own account or as agent, servant or employee of any business entity, engage, hire or offer to hire or entice away or in any other manner persuade any officer, employee or agent of the Company or any subsidiary to discontinue his relationship with the Company or any subsidiary of the Company.
Other Employees. Temporary employees must have been employed for at least 30 calendar days in order to qualify for statutory holiday payment.
Other Employees. A. Eligible Employees, except Employees in the classifications of Rail Operator, Streetcar Operator and Rail Supervisor, shall be granted the eleven holidays specified in Section 3, as days off with eight hours pay. An Employee, who is on RDO or vacation on the day of observance, shall receive eight hours AC time. An Employee who works on the day of observance, as part of his/her regular work schedule, will receive eight hours pay for such day and will receive AC time at the rate of time and one-half for all time worked.
Other Employees. Prior to the Bid Date, the City shall designate the Key Employees and, prior to the Time of Closing, the Concessionaire shall offer employment to each of the Key Employees who are active and in good standing. Such offers of employment to the Key Employees shall contain the same salary and other terms and conditions of employment, subject to Section 2.5(k)(iii), including provision for health and other welfare benefits applicable for such Key Employees on the Bid Date, adjusted for an annual salary increase granted to the Key Employees after the Bid Date, but not including any special bonus payments or increase in employment benefits. The Concessionaire shall also offer employment interviews to all other non-union employees whose employment primarily relates to the operation of the System. If the Concessionaire makes any offer of employment to any such individual, such offer shall contain only the terms and conditions of employment that the Concessionaire deems to be appropriate in its discretion, except as provided in Sections 2.5(k)(iii) and (iv). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Concessionaire agrees not to hire any employee of the City who exercises discretion in the awarding, administration or continuance of this Agreement for at least one year following the termination of such individual's employment with the City, and the Concessionaire’s failure to abide by this sentence shall be a breach of this Agreement.
Other Employees. The Board of Directors may delegate others to appoint agents and employees, define their duties, fix their compensation and dismiss them.
Other Employees. Anyone (other than non-exclusively represented employees and except as provided for in Article 12, Section D above) entering the Institutional Unit for any reason shall enter the Bargaining Unit with zero hours of seniority. Employees entering the Bargaining Unit from other exclusively represented bargaining units which allow employees to be credited with their total continuous service hours for seniority purposes, may likewise bring their total continuous service hours into this Bargaining Unit for seniority purposes after entry into this Bargaining Unit. Employees entering this Bargaining Unit under this provision shall not be credited with any Bargaining Unit seniority under Article 17, Section I. for any time outside this Bargaining Unit. The provision of this Section shall not apply to employees who have been laid off or are on leave of absence from this Bargaining Unit. If problem(s) arise in the application of this provision, an agency Labor-Management meeting will be held without undue delay to attempt to resolve the problem(s). If problem(s) are not resolved at that meeting, a department Labor-Management meeting will be held without undue delay to attempt to resolve the problem(s). Time limits for filing grievances will be tolled until after the above meetings have been held.
Other Employees. Except as may be required in the performance of --------------- his duties hereunder, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person now or hereafter employed by the Company, or any subsidiary, to terminate such employment, nor shall Employee directly or indirectly employ any person who is now or hereafter employed by the Company for a period of one (1) year from the date such person ceases to be employed by the Company.
