Other Expenses. The Adviser shall pay all expenses of printing and mailing reports, prospectuses, statements of additional information, and sales literature relating to the solicitation of prospective clients. The Trust shall pay all expenses relating to mailing to existing shareholders prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxy solicitation material and shareholder reports.
Other Expenses. If this Agreement is terminated due to the default of a party, then the defaulting party shall pay any fees or charges due to Escrow Agent for holding the Earnest Money as well as any escrow cancellation fees or charges and any fees or charges due to the Title Company for preparation and/or cancellation of the Title Commitment.
Other Expenses. In addition to the compensation described in this Section 5, the Company agrees to pay and reimburse the Executive during his employment for all reasonable, ordinary and necessary, properly vouchered, client-related business or entertainment expenses incurred in the performance of his services hereunder in accordance with Company policy in effect from time to time; provided, however, that the amount available to the Executive for such travel, entertainment and other expenses may require advance approval by the Chief Financial Officer or such other executive officer of the Company pursuant to the Company’s policy then in effect. The Executive shall submit vouchers and receipts for all expenses for which reimbursement is sought.
Other Expenses. Taxes of any kind, which may be imposed with respect to your IRA and any expenses incurred by the Custodian in the management of your IRA, together with any fees referred to above, shall be paid by you, or if not paid in a timely manner, will be charged against your account, or as directed in writing by you, charged against another account over which you have investment authority.
Other Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable and documented expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive in the performance of the Executive's duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, vouchers or other supporting information in accordance with Company policy. All expense reimbursements and other perquisites of the Executive are reviewable periodically by the Compensation Committee of the Board, if there be one, or the Board.
Other Expenses. (a) Reasonable expenses incurred by Employees for approved business or education travel for the Employer shall be reimbursed by the Employer to the following maximums: Breakfast $8.00 Lunch $15.00 Dinner $20.00 Incidentals $5.00 With the express approval of management, an Employee may, upon the provision of receipts, be reimbursed for actual cost of meal expenses. Reimbursement for Accommodations shall not be less than the actual cost to the Employee.
