Regulatory Requirements. Each Party’s obligations under this Agreement shall be subject to its receipt of any required approval or certificate from one or more Governmental Authorities in the form and substance satisfactory to the applying Party, or the Party making any required filings with, or providing notice to, such Governmental Authorities, and the expiration of any time period associated therewith. Each Party shall in good faith seek and use its Reasonable Efforts to obtain such other approvals. Nothing in this Agreement shall require Developer to take any action that could result in its inability to obtain, or its loss of, status or exemption under the Federal Power Act or the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005 or the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, as amended.
Regulatory Requirements. The Provider agrees to abide by all relevant Department regulations and policies and state and federal laws and regulations including all reporting requirements as specified by C.G.S.§17a-101 through §17a-103 and C.G.S. §46b-120 related to children; C.G.S. §46a-11b related to persons with mental retardation; and C.G.S §17b-407 related to elderly persons.
Regulatory Requirements. Construct this Leased premise in accordance with all Federal, State and Local Building Codes pursuant to the State Construction Code Act, BFD, MIOSHA, Life Safety Codes, “Michigan Energy Code,” and provisions for Public Law 93-112, Section 504. Completed building and site must also comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).

Regulatory Requirements. (a) If the Executive is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Employer’s affairs by an order issued under Section 8(e)(4) or 8(g)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (“FDIA”) (12 U.S.C. 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1)), all obligations of the Employer under this Agreement shall terminate, as of the effective date of such order, except for the payment of Annual Base Salary due and owing under Section 4(a) on the effective date of said order, and reimbursement under Section 5(a) of expenses incurred as of the effective date of termination.
Regulatory Requirements. Each Interconnection Party’s performance of any obligation under this Interconnection Service Agreement for which such party requires approval or authorization of any Governmental Authority shall be subject to its receipt of such required approval or authorization in the form and substance satisfactory to the receiving Interconnection Party, or the Interconnection Party making any required filings with, or providing notice to, such Governmental Authorities, and the expiration of any time period associated therewith. Each Interconnection Party shall in good faith seek, and shall use Reasonable Efforts to obtain, such required authorizations or approvals as soon as reasonably practicable.
Regulatory Requirements. Each Party promptly shall notify the other of new regulatory requirements of which it becomes aware which are relevant to the Production of Product under this Agreement and which are required by an applicable Regulatory Authority or other applicable laws or governmental regulations, and shall confer with each other with respect to the best means to comply with such requirements. Baxter shall have no obligation to Produce Product in compliance with the explicit requirements of a Regulatory Authority not specified in the Product Master Plan.
Regulatory Requirements. Each Party shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to promptly notify the other of new regulatory requirements of which it becomes aware which are relevant to Production under this Agreement and which are required by the Regulatory Authorities or other applicable laws or governmental regulations, and shall confer with each other with respect to the best means to comply with such requirements.
