Successful. R&D Outcome will be determined to be successful if the R&D stage results in one or more live bone osteotomy repair reasonable proof-of-concept tests results. The tests must be of internal fixation using BMG hardware in live animal osteotomy repair. Test results must show evidence of primary bone healing, and include weight bearing and ambulation, soon after recovery from general anesthesia. Evidence of primary bone healing is in that the body skips gap widening and largely skips sub- periosteal inflammation and proceeds directly to Haversian Remodeling in most fracture zone areas of bone-to-bone contact and most of those separated by less than 10 microns. Successful for this stage does not require statistical validity, full optimization nor yet the elimination of all potential failure modes, such as fretting, cystic changes or localized areas of necrosis. Further, it is expected that some gaps wider than 10 microns will be filled with soft or hard callus reactions that will subsequently proceed to Haversian remodeling.

Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the Participating TO and CAISO to protect system reliability. The Participating TO and CAISO and the wind plant Interconnection Customer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.
Continuity Except upon the prior written consent of MLBFS, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld: (i) Customer shall not be a party to any merger or consolidation with, or purchase or otherwise acquire all or substantially all of the assets of, or any material stock, partnership, joint venture or other equity interest in, any person or entity, or sell, transfer or lease all or any substantial part of its assets, if any such action would result in either: (A) a material change in the principal business, ownership or control of Customer, or (B) a material adverse change in the financial condition or operations of Customer; (ii) Customer shall preserve its existence and good standing in the jurisdiction(s) of establishment and operation; (iii) Customer shall not engage in any material business substantially different from its business in effect as of the date of application by Customer for credit from MLBFS, or cease operating any such material business; (iv) Customer shall not cause or permit any other person or entity to assume or succeed to any material business or operations of Customer; and (v) Customer shall not cause or permit any material change in its controlling ownership.
Grievability Denial of a petition for reinstatement is grievable. The grievance may not be based on information other than that shared with the Employer at the time of the petition for reinstatement.
Outcomes The Committee’s recommendation must be approved by the Principal. The Principal shall advise the candidate in writing of the outcome of the advancement process by December 31st, or before if possible for those under consideration for advancement in the Fall Session, and April 30 for those under consideration for advancement in the Spring Session. If a candidate’s application is successful, he/she will have status as a Sessional Lecturer II in the following academic session. In advising candidates who are not successful, the Principal shall set out the reasons for which this decision was made. A candidate who is advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II shall assume that rank for purposes of consideration for vacancies in the following academic session after the date of the Principal’s letter. A candidate who is not advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II may be eligible for re- evaluation after a further two (2) years of employment and a minimum of four (4) further half courses or the equivalent.
