Terrorism. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary within this insurance or any endorsement thereto it is agreed that this insurance excludes loss, damage, cost or expense of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any act of terrorism regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any other sequence to the loss. For the purpose of this Exception an act of terrorism means an act, including but not limited to the use of force or violence and/or the threat thereof, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organisation(s) or government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section of the public, in fear. This Exception also excludes loss, damage, cost or expense of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any action taken in controlling, preventing, suppressing or in any way relating to any act of terrorism. If the Company allege that by reason of this Exception, any loss, damage, cost or expense is not covered by this insurance the burden of proving the contrary shall be upon the Insured. In the event any portion of this Exception is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. CONDITIONS
Terrorism. Insurance coverage required under Section 6.10(a)(i) through (iii) will cover perils of terrorism and acts of terrorism. Such coverage may be provided through one or more separate policies, which will be on terms (including amounts) consistent with those required under Section 6.10(a)(i) through (iii).
Terrorism. WE DO NOT INSURE loss, damage or expenses caused directly or indirectly by terrorism or by any activity or decision of a government agency or other entity to prevent, respond to or terminate terrorism. This exclusion applies whether or not there is another cause or occurrence (whether covered or not) that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the occasioning of the loss, damage or expenses.
Terrorism. IDLO expects its suppliers to warrant that neither they, nor any of their employees and subcontractors, are engaged directly or indirectly in terrorism, or in the finance or support to terrorists. Further, IDLO expects its suppliers to warrant that neither they nor their staff, nor any other recipients of funds from the supply of goods or services to IDLO, are listed in any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations Security Council; the United States Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control; or the European Union. Should the supplier, its staff, or other recipients of funds from the supply of goods or services to IDLO be included in any of the above-listed sanctions lists, the supplier is expected to notify IDLO immediately. Bribery & Corruption:
Terrorism. None of Purchaser, nor any of its respective members or other equity owners, and none of its respective employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents, (i) is a person or entity with whom U.S. persons or entities are restricted from doing business under regulations of the OFAC (including those named on OFAC’s Specially Designated and Blocked Persons List) or under any statute, executive order (including the September 24, 2001, Executive Order Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism), or other governmental action relating to terrorist activities or money laundering and (ii) is engaged in any dealings or transactions or be otherwise associated with such persons or entities.

Terrorism. Any act or acts by any person or group whether acting alone or on behalf or in connection with any organisation or government undertaken for economic, political, religious, ideological or similar purposes with the intention to influence any government and/or put the public, or any section of the public, in fear. Trip A Business Trip or an Insured Trip taken by an Insured Person during the Operative Time.
Terrorism. The Company shall not be liable for and will not provide coverage or benefits in excess of a $50,000 lifetime maximum benefit for any claim or charges, Illness, Injury or other consequence, whether directly or indirectly, proximately or remotely occasioned by, contributed to by, or traceable to or arising in connection with any act of Terrorism; and provided, further, the Company shall not be liable for and will not provide any coverage or benefits for any claim, charges, Illness, Injury or other consequence, whether directly or indirectly, proximately or remotely occasioned by, contributed to by, or traceable to or arising in connection with the following:
