By the Employer (a) For Cause, upon written notice to the Executive pursuant to Section 1.4.1 hereof, in which event the Employer shall have no further obligation to the Executive except for the payment of any amounts due and owing under Section 4 on the effective date of termination;
By the Employee This Agreement and the obligations created hereunder may not be assigned by the Employee, but all rights of the Employee hereunder shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by his heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and personal representatives.
By the Executive The Executive may terminate the Employment at any time with a one-month prior written notice to the Company, if (1) there is a material reduction in the Executive’s authority, duties and responsibilities, or (2) there is a material reduction in the Executive’s annual salary.
