Unused Portion definition

Unused Portion has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.09(a).
Unused Portion means an amount equal to the result of (i) the Revolving Credit Commitment minus (ii) the sum of (A) the outstanding Revolving Credit Advances plus (B) outstanding Reimbursement Obligations in respect of the Letters of Credit.

Unused Portion has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.
Unused Portion means the Commitment, less Total Outstandings as to the Commitment.

Unused Portion means, as of 5:00 P.M. (New York City time) on any day, the amount, if any, by which the amount of Aggregate Outstandings on such day is less than the Aggregate Commitment Amount on such day.
